Dr. Daniel Bregman is an accomplished eye surgeon, specializing in no-stitch micro-incision cataract surgery, refractive laser-assisted cataract surgery (ReLACS), and corneal refractive procedures such as LASIK. Formerly the Chief of Ophthalmology at Ireland Army Community Hospital in Fort Knox, KY, he has been a member of our practice since 1993. He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, and completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.

Dr. Bregman has achieved outstanding results in the course of performing over 30,000 LASIK/PRK procedures and 50,000 cataract procedures thus far in his career. His expertise extends to include micro-invasive glaucoma procedures, pterygium treatment, and implantable collamer lens. A third of Dr. Bregman’s cataract procedures are laser assisted and are used to reduce the patient’s dependency on glasses either with an advanced technology implant (Toric or Multifocal) or the use of the laser to correct astigmatism.
